From M5:-   Leave at junction 4 - Take A491 towards Stourbridge and follow for about 4 miles. At large island junction with A456 turn left towards Kidderminster.

From Birmingham:- Take the A456 Hagley Road (M5 Junction 3)towards Kidderminster to the large island junction with the A491 at Hagley

Then:- Follow A456 down hill thru the first set of traffic lights. At second set of traffic lights - filling station ahead -  bear left along A450 towards Worcester. Turn right at next lights(about a mile, at Hackman's Gate)  towards Blakedown.  Follow road 500yards - just over the brow of the hill and turn right into a long private drive.  Knoll Hill is a large private house.

From Worcester:- Take the A449 towards Kidderminster. After about 9 miles the dual carriage way ends - continue for about 500 yards to sharp bend -At lights turn right under 'Black Bridge' along the A450. Follow road over 2 roundabouts for about 4 miles.Past Barnett Hill Garden Centre.Turn left at lights towards Blakedown at 'Hackman's Gate'.  Follow road 500 yards - just over the brow of the hill and turn right into a long private drive.  Knoll Hill is a large private house.
